====== How to Post Blogs On Wordpress ====== Fist upload your images, if any, to the WordPress Media by following these steps, - Then post your blog,
  1. On top of the menu on the left side of the screen hold the narrator on "Post", then the "Add New" option appears
  2. Click on "Add New"
  3. Add Title in the "Add title" box
  4. Add Blocks by clicking on the + sign
  5. Click on the H sign to add heading for paragraphs
  6. For each block, you can add headings, paragraphs, images and videos using the icons on the top right of the block
  7. When you add images, clicking on the block containing the images, on the settings menu on the right side of the screen, select **Block **on top and click **Image settings**:
    1. //Alt Text//: In this box, write a description of the image using keywords.You can use related headings in the content.
    2. //Image Size//: Tick off Full Size\\
    3. //Image Dimensions//: Refer to "Image and GIF Requirements" section of the procedure.
    4. If your blog contains videos; they should be uploaded to the Bsuperior Youtube channel before posting the blog on WordPress. Then you can add the videos using the YouTube link of the video.
  8. Once you add the whole content move on to **Yoast SEO** section at the bottom of the screen:
    1. Leave the "Focus keyphrases" bar empty
    2. **Google Preview: **On this section, click on "Edit snippet" under the preview of the link
      1. //SEO Title//: Write the title of your blog and Bsuperior with a | between them. Note that the title of the blog won't appear complete on Google results if it's more than 50 characters\\
      2. //Meta Description//: Write a summary of the blog(120-141 characters ), containing important keywords.
    3. **SEO Analysis: **Try to minimize the problems here, Items on this list should be marked as Green.
  9. Under the **Yoast SEO, **Click on **Readability** and try to minimize the problems here, Items on this list should be marked as Green.
  10. On the Settings Menu on the right side of the screen, click on Document:
    1. //Status and Visitability//: Select your name for Author Tab
    2. //Permalink//:_ _Write the title of your blog with a - between each 2 words
    3. //Categories//: **Setting a category for a blog is a must**. It might take some time until the menu drops down. Check off the category of your blog, if the content doesn't fall under any of the existing categories, select Uncategorized.
    4. //Tags//: Leave this part blank for now
    5. //Featured Image//: this Images shows up on the google result page and is very important
  11. Ask the graphics team to design a proper featured image for your blog or use the Copyright free images from the mentioned websites on the procedure. (Whitelisted and Blacklisted Websites)
  12. Save the post as draft, NEVER PUBLISH before the approval of admins and SEO team.
